a friend of mine is looking to buy a new evo 9 where is the best place to go? and the cheapest? his budget is 25k (rs) let me know if you guys know of a placce where he can get a deal

you wont find any new IX RS for 25k, espcially not out the door

$25,699 + CA sales tax and license fees = about $28k OTD is more likely.
for $25k, you are better off finding an used 03-05.. or get a new WRX, Legacy, or FXT.

southcoast increased their prices as well

go to South Coast or try to have Stevens Creek Match thier price, thats what I did and I got a great deal on a IX SE from Stevens Creek.
Hit them up and let them know your budget and if there are any left in stock, you can get them to lower thier price.
Someone should close this post since he posted it for me like a long time ago.
