Probably a theft recovery. Sorry if this is in the wrong place. Not my car just passing the word along as I just ran across it on CL. Note the links or pics won't work after 7 days* 8)

Well if your helping your friend on selling it I think this should be in private and member's classified section...

Nah I have no idea owns it I just saw it. I guess it makes more sense being in that section but I'm not selling it and it's another car  Would be a cool drag car 8)

I found this earlier today. The price is probably way too much though.

Holy shiet, I sold mine for less than 1/2 that. What a bunch of ripoff artists. Thanks for posting, though!

I'm looking around for FactorX, actually. I wouldn't mind getting some wrench time in on a wrecked Evo, though!

What's FactorX?

Oh, it's a shop in Las Vegas that specializes in NSXs. They have the NSX that was in everyone's favorite video "American Touge 2".

So do you think the 2 BBYs were driving together and one guy rear ended his buddy?

 could be. The BBY that got rear ended, could he be running the JDM Evo IX rear bumper. Its pretty smashed in.

Here's another one. I guess this is one partially fixed? Can't tell if the passenger side bag deployed but the driver's side will need to be replaced. Good time to switch to a IX steering wheel* 8) Even with the light damage that this car show I think it's STILL probably over priced. Even if it was just the bumper, hood (with paint) and one airbag, that's still a decent chunk of change. You'd pretty much be right where a "clean title" wreck free Evo is. The miles are low though. Maybe if it was like $9,000 or $10,000 it would be a better deal.

03 AS Evo w/16k miles $14,995 (http://www.greatrebuilders.com/selectedCar.cfm?ID=1387)
