afc and dealer detection

i read that the afc can be detected by the dealer and the flash cannot. my question is if i take out the afc and reset the ecu will it still be detected that something was there?

Nope. The only sign that something was there will be all the hacked wires. You can pick up the harness extension to take care of that little issue.

isnt afc physically visible from where you mount it?they cant really detect much on the ecu not unless you did some physical changes to it like the afc.the dealership where i bring my car hasnt said anything about my boost controller.

thanks for the quick responses, i have already ordered the patch harness from Buschur. just wanted to make sure (for warranty purposes) that it wont be detected if i take afc and all wiring out
