Pro Solo is sort of a combination of autocross and drag racing: two cars compete at the same time on two autocross courses that are mirror images of one another, with drag-racing-style "Christmas-tree" lights and reaction time measurements.

Here are some videos (http://www.norcalevo.net/forums/modules.php?set_albumName=album108&op=modload&name=gallery&file=index&include=view_album.php) I got of Joe Harrison and Navid Kahangi in their ESP Evo at the last Pro Solo event in Atwater, on 4/25.

Thats kinda cool. Is it just me or is it the camera angle, but the corse seems kinda short/basic. Are these comps all similar to this corse setup or do some of them get really large and complex?

A "typical" autocross course lasts about 45-60 seconds. Since the Pro Solo has to fit 2 courses into the same space they're about half as long, so yeah, it's not just you, that course was about 30 seconds long and rather simple as far as autocross courses go. :?
