So i was washing my evo yesterday morning when my roomate notified me that his current car (2005 g35) wasnt doing it for him, and that he was going to the audi dealer. This is what he came back with

This thing is amazing. Drives like a beast but is also smooth. More stiff than an S4, but it doesnt feel as heavy and sluggish (could be the 440hp). He is still breaking it in, so we haven't been able to really wind her out, but hopefully we will get through the break-in period before the ski season. I can't wait to see how it tears up the snow in tahoe.

That definitely is a nice ride. Saw one at the Audi dealership in Livermore. Don't remember the price, but I do know I can't afford it.

it has the permium package with teh navi and all, so i think after all the taxes and whatnot it was close to $90k

I remember riding in it at the Audi Test Drive event. It was pretty cool.

If you look at the magazine review in the a UK car magazine, they tested it against the Evo 9 FQ-340 and the Carrera 4S and the Evo had the fastest lap times.

Damn that's E60 M5 BMW price territory. Does your friend's car have a traditional 6MT or the new Audi DSG transmission?

Hmmm, for 90k you could have an EVO and something else nice. ;) How does he go from a 35k G35 to a 90K Audi BTW?

Nice ride, I love how those look.

That is one very cool audi but 90k! Wowzerz

I know I wouldn't be taking a 90k car to Tahoe, that's for sure.

I'd buy 3 more Evos with the 90k, just so I could take bragging rights from Wilson.

In all seriousness, that is one sweet car. Makes our A4 look like a Yugo.

$90k is some serious cash...how much were the rs6s when they came out?

Sweet ride... My friend just has a lowly S4... Funny thing is, everyone prefers to ride in the back seat of the Evo over his S4... HAHHAHA...

Damn that's sexy! Saw the RS6s at Infineon a couple years back and wished we had those here. But I'd take one of these just as well :D

we do have the rs6. they dropped them from the lineup last year. it's nice but it's a tank. heavy as hell.
btw, the rs4 is 68k or 72k with the nav/premium package before taxes.

i would have saved up for an r8. those things look badass, and they have a nice interior too. but i guess they aren't really in the same category.
