i know im no longer in Norcal...but i prefer the norcal board to the socal boards...

anyways..
where i live at now in socal, they dont allow any type of car maintenence in the parking lot...
would anyone know if its legal to change your oil in the pepboys or kragen parking lot?
i know its illegal to do it on the street....

i just payed $60 and wasted 1.5 hours on an oil change and i'd like to not have to do that again. thanks!

you can ask some of your friends or relatives to use their driveway or garage.

uhh thats alot of uhhh??? if you really need to go that far to save a buck then go for it but the store owner won't be happy I think the same laws apply to public parking lots as the street. go hide out in some giant wallmart lot or something no one will see you your all good

its not so much to save a buck... i really feel im as compitent, if not more compitent than any mitsu mechanic. And besides, no one is going to treat my car with as much love and care as i would...only because they dont own it.

guess im gonna hit up my sister...
