The few times I've seen another Evo driver, they were always going the opposite way of me.
One time I did happen upon a silver Evo merging onto 280. I got next to the guy, honked and gave him a thumbs up, but he looked like he was high on goof because he barely even looked over at me, much less acknowledged me.
The people here on NorCalEvo seem fine to me and I doubt you guys would be dicks to other Evo drivers out there - at least I would hope so.
