Paid $500 shipped for my Falken Azenis Sports 245/45-17s. Very grippy, sidewalls stiff enough to put up with almost any abuse. Heavy though, and the tall profile makes them look huge on my car. Also, the huge tread blocks may cause hydroplaning to occur rather easily with any amount of standing water.

Paid about $520 for 245/40-17 Kumho Ecsta MXs. They were very grippy as well but the sidewalls didn't hold up very well for autocross... maybe in part due to me overdriving the car, but still the wear marks 1/3 the way up the lettering on the sidewall didn't inspire confidence. I think they would have held up better with higher pressures and slightly better driving. I'd say they're better for all-around driving than the Falkens, specifically they should fare better in the wet.

245/45/17 a032r, not exactly cheap and probably won't last as long as the a046, but the dry grip is crazy and very light around 24lb, cost around 190 per tire at tire rack.

Ok on the track, great on the road, getting louder as the wear (6k miles) cheap.

    600 out the door.

YEah. I am leaning more toward the T1-S vs S-03...also looking at the Pirelli P-Zero Nero M+S...anyone use that one up in here?

One EVO owner I met at San Rafael Mitsu and one old gentleman with a 3000GT VR-4 at car wash recommended me S-03, they said it dos not give harsh ride, and it is pretty quiet. I guess it's better for everyday driving. But quite pricy though. I was quoted $940 at Sears like two months ago.
