Default Stock cams for 8/9 tech info

Don't think this is a repost

    According to Brian Crower:

USDM 4G63 (Evolution VIII) Stock Cams

    Adv. Dur.
    248°/248°

    Dur. @.050
    200°/200°

    Lift (in)
    .386"/.367"

    Lift (mm)
    9.80/9.32

USDM 4G63 (Evolution IX Mivec) Stock Cams

    Adv. Dur.
    256°/248°

    Dur. @.050
    206°/200°

    Lift (in)
    .396"/.367"

    Lift (mm)

On the BC note, they have 272's, 280's and 288's for Mivec now

Would the Crower cams be a better option than the Cosworth IX cams?

The street cams seem to be rather mild. Â*The race cams seem to be about on par with the cossy cams. Â*Giving up a little lift for a little bit more duration.
