Thread: Is your 2byte/1byte load exceeding 379.9%? Not a problem!

Don't think anyone on here maxed out the stock ECU's load but there is a way to get more load if needed. By changing the water and air temp multiplier tables, we can increase load to a theoretical value of 1507% You and your motor will blow up before that will happen.

Confirmed that 379.9% can be exceeded here:

Can't wait until someone figures out the 96530006 addresses/tables.

I used to want a standalone but with all the latest discoveries, the stock ECU with EcuFlash will surpass standalones... IMHO.

With all the latest I have seen it seems to be true.

So help with this developement and what does it bring to us? How is this a tuning advantage? Is this just for the GT35 and
    up crowd?

If you're going REALLY high boost, you can break the 380% barrier with the mod. It allows the tuner to tune those areas now instead of getting stuck with the last value of the fuel/timing tables.

This mod is for anyone who needs more adjustability above 380.

Looks like the water and air temp multplier tables didn't work for the 8's, so there's a better way of breaking the ceiling now. Use this instead of the tables discussed in the first post.

EvoM's EcuFlash forum is the best place for this kind of stuff.
