Thread: What brake pads should I buy for my EVO VIII?

Default What brake pads should I buy for my EVO VIII?

My brake pads have to be replaced. What brakepad should I buy? Brembo? Hawk? Do I have to change the rotor?

How much should the brake pads cost? Both rear and front.

I asked Mitsubishi Concord today, they said it is $304 for one pair.

Where can I get those brake pads for a better deal?

OEM pads are expensive. And it depends on how and what your car is used for. Depending on your driving your rotors can be resurfaced but if your hard on your brakes they will need to be replaced. Call speed element I got my Project Mu B's and slotted rotors from them. Look around before you buy. youll find great deals.

The project street and Mu B's have really good stopping power but they squeal really loud and almost sounds as if you need to change your brake pads again, hehehe...
