Default Car pulls to the left and Steering wheel is off center

I just did an alignment 2 days ago and now the steering wheel center is off to the right abit and the car pulls slightly to the left if I take my hands off....I did come back to that alignment shop the second time but it didnt do any better. I am tired of taking it back to them. I also rotate the 2 front tires and check the tires pressure but nothing work...
Does anyone on here know how to fix this problem? or know anywhere I should take my car to get fix? Thank you.

P.S my rear tires are about 90% tread depth and the 2 front are 70%.
Should i put the better tires in front? would that fix the problem?

is your car lowered? did your car pull before the alignment?

well when the alignment was done they might have used the stock spec settings.

I can check the specs by tuesday, at school, we could compare them. I just got my evo readings on the alignment machine, we can compare the results. They also might have not done the steering set up correctly. even if you had any suspension components such as ball joints, you could still get the steering wheel straight.

It looks like your front right is a bit off. Did you hit curb or something?

Things would make the car off center are bad shocks, control arms, tires, wheels, tie-rods and alignment tech.
