Thread: Loss of Power

  1. #1

    Default Loss of Power

    2010 EVO X - 9860 miles

Driving home last night, during acceleration in top gear @3100 - 4200 RPM. I rolled to WOT and i heard a loud long hissing sound with vibration sounds. It also happened from a stop @ 2200 RPM. If i accelerate like an old man i hear nothing. I popped the hood and looked around and saw no obvious damage. I noticed around the turbo area it was hotter than normal. Any ideas what this could be before i take it to M4.

    Thanks for any inputs. Mike
