Thinking about ditching my EGT in favor of a wide band. There are like 5 major widebands (Lm1, zeitronix, aem uego, etc)
Let me know which you think is best and why

I love my zeitronix. It's accurate, has a display screen with peak hold functions that fit perfectly on my steering column. It has logging, EGT / Boost in and the newest version has warnings and solinoid outputs (alky failsafe anyone?). You can keep your EGT and display it on the LCD display.
Best of all it's engineered by an old-skool DSMer that does the same things we do.
Yeah, im leaning towards the zeitronix as well

I hear the standalone UEGO sucks because it doesn't display very rich AFR's
05 Evo 8 - 333 whp / 318wtq - Tanabe DP, TP, Modified 3" noir cat back, GM boost solenoid, Walboro FP, RC 1000cc injectors, E-85
supposedly that has been corrected in v2 so it isnt capped at 10.1, but its accuracy is still questionable.Originally Posted by dohcvtec

The R-500 seems like a spiffy unit. $600 shipped with display and the EGT probe 8)

You can use your current EGT probe with the Zietronix.
yah, but I may sell my defis and get a wideband instead. I have a spiffy digitial pressure gauge with red LED display I can use for boost :P (free from my spare parts at work)
