Need to borrow factory parts got ref ticket

Hi everyone, lucky me was driven in Los Gatos this morning driven normal when Mr cool 8) CHP guy stopped traffic to do an illegal u-turn to come pull me over for modified exhaust, had me pop the hood etc, but for some reason forgot to give me a ticket for the perfectly noticable tinted windows & no front plate I was seeing if anybody was kind enough to loan me a stock cat back, air box, & exhaust manifold. I also was wondering I have a Apexi air controller, MBC, turbotimer & aftermarket BOV on my car do also need to take these items off? Any help would be awesome, never had this ticket before... :(
